In the AB Medica industrial complex in Via Kennedy in Cerro Maggiore, we have created the external cladding of the building, using the ventilated facade system STO Ventec R, to achieve the design desire of large light facades, without expansion joints. Considering the proximity of the building to the A8 motorway (Milan-Varese) and the consequent exposure of the facades to a very aggressive environment (particulate matter, acid rain, salt mists), we have covered the facades with special bionic hydrophobic-hydrophilic paint STO Color Dryonic.
